Here’s a music video by some extended fam of an older song with a new video. The group is NewJack Hustle, who are Newman (of the group Giant Panda) on beats/raps and Shawn Jackson on raps. The video for “2 It” is from a song on their 12″ from 2006, which is a clever teaser for their album – Soundcheck – which comes out on October 21st on Tres Records. And I can’t lie, I have heard it and it’s going to be one of the best hip hop records of 2008. You heard the proclamation here first.
