DJ Psycho played this at 5th Ave in Royal Oak and I was impressed. I don’t think Common’s strong suit is club records, but I must concede that this one isn’t bad. I’d rather him stick to brag rap and punchlines, but I don’t think that’s ever coming back unfortunately. Folks, Resurrection is long gone.
Common’s still one of the best eMCees out though, don’t lose sight of that. Enjoy the visuals… Hype Williams directed. Pharrell is portrayed as a robot. Awesome.
